In a similar way to the urns a passage of beautiful script, a line from a poem or song, heart-felt words to honour your loved-one can be enscribed around the vessel. The words can be filled with ink or left as a quiet tribute. The ashes are kept within the vessel without being contained in a silk pouch for ease of scattering. The opening is secured with a rubber stopper to keep the contents secure. (See photos below.) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Glaze colours available are: White, silver, green, dark blue, frosty matte white or unglazed [cream coloured]. Please note that any areas that you choose to have wording needs to be free of glaze in order for the writing to be visible. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The stopper and lid. The lid can feature a hoop or a small finial for attaching the ribbon. The beautiful quote on the dark blue vessel from 'The Prophet' by Kahlil Gibran reads . . . 'And ever has it been that love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation.' |
